Sometimes you have to give love a chance. Back in 2016, Darci and Dan knew of each other but it wasn’t their time. It wasn’t until 2019 at a best friend’s wedding that they met and decided to give their relationship a go. Dan had been waiting for this moment for years, so it was about time I’d say! Despite living on opposite sides of the country, they pursued their relationship and here we are. Their Pazzo’s at 311 Chicago wedding would be the first time for a lot of their family members to visit the beautiful city. Darci and Dan tied the knot in a gorgeous ceremony within an atrium and it was as memorable as a wedding could get.

Pazzo’s at 311 is one of the more unique Chicago wedding venues. While it may look like your ordinary banquet hall, it’s so much more than that. Pazzo’s at 311 offers a three-story glass atrium and an indoor waterfall that will wow you and your guests. While they have a few different options for event sites, Darci and Dan tied the knot inside The Atrium. An 86-foot tall glazed roof, granite finishes, large pillars, and glass surroundings bring in the most beautiful natural light to all 12,000 square feet of this gorgeous space. It’s a one-of-a-kind Chicago wedding venue that can give you the wedding of your dreams, and that’s a guarantee.

Pazzo’s at 311 Wedding Cost
As with any Chicago wedding venue, cost plays a major role in choosing where you’re going to tie the knot. In this case, Pazzo’s is transparent about its pricing and is a fairly affordable yet luxury Chicago wedding venue. Keep in mind that all pricing is dependent on the season, availability, and date of your wedding.
As of 2024, Pazzo’s @ 311 requires a fee of $3,000 to book their Atrium for a Saturday and $2,000 for a Friday or Sunday for up to six hours. Pazzo’s at 311 also charges a $750 set-up/breakdown fee if your ceremony is held within their Atrium space. Chairs are included in this fee. You are also required to pay a $3,000 non-refundable deposit to hold your wedding date.

Darci + Dan’s Pazzo’s at 311 Chicago Wedding
Darci and Dan wanted to keep a very elegant and modern theme for their Chicago wedding. With a black-tie dress code, guests wore mid-to-floor-length dresses, suits, and ties. This alone, enhanced their overall elegant theme tremendously! For the soon-to-be newlyweds, they were looking to incorporate a lot of movement with their photos. Focusing on candid moments, movement, and celebrating with friends and family was incredibly important to both of them.
Their ceremony was held inside The Atrium at Pazzo’s at 311. With natural light beaming through every angle and the grandiose nature of the space, it was unlike anything I’d ever seen. Darci and Dan’s Chicago wedding not only consisted of beautiful imagery of Pazzo’s @ 311, but we made a pit stop at Union Station for some more breathtaking moments with their wedding party.
One of my favorite moments from this day was a brief moment when Darci and Dan snuck away after their ceremony. It was a moment for them to enjoy some quick appetizers and a cocktail to celebrate their marriage. It was a quiet and intimate moment that I feel makes all the difference and in fact, I encourage!
Soon after, their ceremony space was transformed into the reception area. Rather than a traditional cake cutting, Darci and Dan opted for a classic champagne tower which I am never opposed to! A night of dancing and celebration, along with some delectable eats provided by Pazzo’s at 311 was the perfect way to end their wedding day and start their new life as Mr. and Mrs.
