Adrienne + Josh’s Greenhouse Missouri Wedding at The Jewel Box

Adrienne and Josh’s wedding day began on a bright sunny day. The sun was beaming and vibes were high as everyone got ready for the excitement ahead. Decadent shades of blue consumed their wedding details, making flatlay photos a real treat for the EPP team. A peaceful and exciting morning spent getting ready led to us building the anticipation of the ceremony, where Adrienne and Josh were to see each other for the first time.

Adrienne and Josh embarked on this journey to their ceremony at The Jewel Box. Here, they were greeted by a harpist as guests began trickling in. Emotions were running high and based on Josh’s reaction to seeing Adrienne walk down the aisle, waterworks were in full swing. Sunshine peeked in through the skylight windows above at The Jewel Box, which made this a jaw-dropping ceremony location for some gorgeous photos. Shortly after saying “I do” applause roared as the two embarked on their journey… of walking back down the aisle hand in hand.

For portraits, it was important to Adrienne and Josh that we focus on more than just the posed romantic imagery. Rather, we wanted to also focus on a more organic, smiley, and playful feel. Something that really spoke to their personality. We utilized the space of The Jewel Box and even got some photos by the Forest Park Fountain, which IMO turned out amazing.

A McDonnell Planetarium Wedding Reception

One of the highlight features of Adrienne and Josh’s wedding day was their reception space. The McDonnell Planetarium inside the Saint Louis Science Center located near Forest Park is all about the wonders of space, aviation, and spaceflight. For Adrienne and Josh, they wanted their love to be celebrated under the stars quite literally. It seats up to 300 guests and gives couples the chance for a more unique and different reception experience than guests are usually used to. We danced, we laughed, we cried, we ate a lot of good food and celebrated the newlyweds the best way we knew how. Capturing each fleeting moment for them to look back on and remember every emotion and feeling. Best.Day.Ever.
